Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of the product and hygiene concerns, we cannot offer to accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Only if products are damaged when received or incorrect items are received, you could request for exchange/replacement/refund within 24 hours of order received.

For Damaged products: Replacement or refund requests could be made.

For Incorrect Items: Only exchange requests could be made.

We urge all our customers to ensure that they are picking the right shades with reference to other information available be it social media, search engines and/or user generated content. Cancelling Order that has not been shipped yet: We make sure that any order placed reaches our customers as soon as possible, it is usually dispatched as soon as we receive the order. But any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. You can write to our customer support team on support@ekmik.com or call us on +91 9310341880 (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM). Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you after your request is duly processed by us.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We also provide the hassle-free option of refund through gift card or reward points, which can be used during future purchases.
  • CoD orders cannot be refunded.

Cancellation post shipment: We do not accept post-dispatch cancellations on orders.

Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order with refund under such circumstances.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled/replaced/refunded only if the request is made within 24 hours of delivery of the products, and we will initiate your request at the earliest after it is duly processed by us.

    Incorrect Items Received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfilment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive the items that are different from the ones you ordered, you can request for exchange only (no refund or order cancellation). We will have the incorrect items picked up from your place and will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest.

    In such cases, the exchange will only be processed if the request is made within 24 hours of delivery of the products, and we will initiate your request at the earliest after it is duly processed by us.

    Cancellation/replacement/refund part of order: A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items (only for damaged or incorrect items received), you can initiate a cancellation/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

    Any other reasons for the cancellation/replacement/refund would be handled on case to case basis.


    HOW TO INITIATE DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM REQUEST:Β 

    If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your cancellation/replacement/refund within 24hours of receiving the order:Β 

    • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@ekmik.com) within 24hours of receiving the order.Β 
    • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancellation/replacement/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference, with the problem and solution of your choice as per our policy.Β 
    • Step 3: We will reach out to you within 2 business days. We will initiate the process as per your request, and resolve and initiate the solution within 2-4 business days.Β 
    • Step 4: In case of refund, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Replacements/refunds/cancellations will not be accepted under the following conditions:Β 

    • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuseΒ 
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damagedΒ 
    • Serial Number is tampered with.Β Β 
    • We will not exchange opened or used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.Β 
    • If damaged and incorrect items received request is initiated after 24hours of order deliveryΒ 
    • Free product provided with the purchases
    • All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.Β 
    • Each item can only be exchanged once.Β 
    • For the orders delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded.Β 
    • All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
    • If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.

    Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed reward points for an order, the points will be restored in the case of a cancellation.

    Although we have tried to accurately show the actual colour of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using. Also, all digital reproductions of products colours and textures may appear different from their true nature which is beyond our control. In such cases, we are unable to replace any products solely on the basis of them differing from their representation online (in any form or medium).Β
