Ekmik ships throughout India!

All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use a ground based courier service, as liquid products cannot be sent by air. We usually dispatch most orders within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However owing to government rules relating to COVID-19 safety please expect a deferred delivery period of 5 to 15 days. COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order.

We do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India. 

Kindly note: standard shipping timelines would not apply during sales or promotions.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

ITEMS PACKAGING

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We usually dispatch most orders within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However owing to government rules relating to COVID-19 safety please expect a deferred delivery period of 5 to 15 days.

For delivery within India we use a ground based courier service, as liquid products cannot be sent by air. Normally Shipping within India can take up to 10 working days depending on what state or territory you live in. COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order.

  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
  • However owing to government rules relating to COVID-19 safety please expect a deferred delivery period of 5 to 15 days

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text (based on the option selected at checkout) with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. 
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse through the link provided, the website footer/header or through your account page. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

www.Ekmik.com only accepts payment via Razorpay. Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, so please do NOT send us any credit card information via email.

OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES 

To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.

Please read the details associated with each promo code carefully for the valid offer period and restrictions.

When placing an order online, your information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an approved industry standard that is used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption, and data integrity for secure transactions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY CUSTOMER

We make sure that any order placed reaches our customers as soon as possible, it is usually dispatched as soon as we receive the order. But any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. You can write to our customer support team on support@ekmik.com or call us on +91 9310341880 (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM). Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you after your request is duly processed by us.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We also provide the hassle-free option of refund through gift card or reward points, which can be used during future purchases.
  • CoD orders cannot be refunded.

Cancellation post shipment: We do not accept post-dispatch cancellations on orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY EKMIK

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):

  1. Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock
  2. Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  3. Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information
  4. Inaccurate or insufficient address
  5. Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verification or more information before being able to process an order. We will contact you if there is an issue in processing your order, cancellations from our side or further information required. If your order is cancelled post-payment, the charged amount will be refunded in full and may take up to a week depending on your bank account.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY 

  • The product and services available on our website, including any samples, are for personal use only. 
  • For certain products and merchandise, there may be a maximum purchase quantity, if the order hits the maximum limit the customer will not be able to purchase those products again for two weeks. Orders will be cancelled if this is violated. 
  • If a consumer is found reselling our products, legal action will be taken.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations or the number of ordered items do not fit in one standard packing. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India shipping charges - A flat Rs.49 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.489, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.489.
